This is event is run by Waikato Stock and Saloon Car Club T/A Huntly Speedway.
Speedway racing is a dangerous sport & all persons attending this meeting do so entirely at their own risk. Every precaution is taken to ensure the safety of all attending. Any person having any connection whatsoever with Waikato Stock & Saloon Car Club is absolved from any liability arising out ofaccidents or negligence caused to any person or their property under any circumstances beforeduring or after a speedway meeting.
Waikato Stock & Saloon Car Club reserve the right to make alterations to the programme & the rightto refuse admission to any persons.
Should a meeting be abandoned before three races have been completed, a readmission ticket will entitle the holder to entry of the rerun meeting. Under no circumstances will a cash refund be given.Under no circumstances are spectators permitted in the pits during the meeting.
Cameras & video recording equipment are permitted within the venue strictly for PRIVATE & PERSONAL USE ONLY. You are not permitted to share, distribute, or make any photos or videoavailable to any individual, group, or organisation by any means, for any purpose including forpersonal or commercial gain without prior approval.Live streaming of any kind, by any method or platform, is NOT PERMITTED unless prior authorisation has been granted by the Waikato Stock & Saloon Car Club.
The use of drones within or above the venue is NOT PERMITTED without prior approval from theWaikato Stock & Saloon Car Club.
Waikato Stock & Saloon Car Club are a designated smoke free & vape free facility, in line with NewZealand laws. Smoking or vaping are not permitted anywhere on site indoors or outdoors at anytime.
For the safety of all attendees, the bringing of any glass containers or glass items into the facility is strictly prohibited. This policy is in place to minimize the risk of injury & ensure a safe environment for competitors, spectators, & staff.
Under no circumstances is the bringing of personal alcohol or beverages into the Clubrooms Facility permitted. This policy is strictly enforced in accordance with our venue licensing regulations.
